LIMITED handicap seating and companion seating is available for Jack’s Kids families. The RSVP for these seats is NO LATER THAN 5/15!! After commitment, Yankee administration will put the request in for these seats. The sooner I receive the number of seats needed, the better the chance to get the seats! This process is out of my control. *NOT handicap accessible

Yankees Game Outing – Terms & Conditions

Complimentary Yankees Tickets

    • 150 Yankees tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Tickets are complimentary and provided by the New York Yankees.
    • Tickets do not include transportation, food, or beverages.
    • General Admission seating will be assigned by the Yankees administration.
    • No rain date is offered for these complimentary tickets. If the game is canceled due to weather or other circumstances, no replacement date or tickets will be provided.  

Transportation Option – Charter Bus

    • Two 55-passenger charter buses have been reserved for transportation to and from the game.
    • Each bus is equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom, and includes all tips, tolls, and parking.
    • Bus seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of $50 per person.
    • Payment must be made in full to Krista Hegedus via:

    • Your seat on the bus will be confirmed only once full payment is received.
    • The bus has been prepaid in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellation of your bus reservation does not guarantee a refund.
    • If a replacement cannot be found for your seat, your payment will be considered a donation.
    • If the game is canceled (e.g., due to weather), bus fees are non-refundable.  

Handicap Seating Requests

    • Limited handicap-accessible seating is available.
    • The Yankees administration will submit one group request for these seats.
    • To be included, all handicap seat requests must be submitted by May 15, 2025.
    • The sooner your request is submitted, the better the chances of securing appropriate seating.

Important Notes

    • Do not submit a bus reservation if you do not have a confirmed ticket.
    • Once you have reserved your Yankees ticket, you may then secure bus transportation.
