Jack’s Kids is a 501c3 dedicated to helping families during their time of need.

Below is the list of guidelines to be considered a “Jack’s Kids” family:

• Your child must be within their 21st birthday
• Reside within Somerset, Middlesex, or Hunterdon County
• Must live or work within a 10-mile radius of the Somerville Elks Lodge
• Our criteria are limited to helping children with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses and/or life-threatening disabilities
• Completion of the application
