Person-Centered Life Planning:
Who will care for my loved one when I am gone?
The purpose of our workshops is to educate families who have a loved one with a significant disability and about the importance of planning for the individual’s future support. Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of NJ (PLAN|NJ), located in Somerville, NJ, will guide families in this legal and estate planning and life-long support process.
Description: The second session will cover future planning issues such as estate planning, legal and financial protections, Special Needs Trusts, and ABLE accounts.
Handouts will be provided to families to highlight the topics of the sessions.
