Tom was born with a liver disease known as Biliary Atresia, at six months old, he underwent a living related liver transplant, and the donor was his Mom. At 14 years old, he again underwent a total Biliary Reconstruction operation. Tom is now healthy, and enjoys a normal life, which includes soccer, snowboarding, track, and cooking.
Tom has given back by volunteering at the Elks for the past few years.
